Do I need a prescription to buy a portable oxygen concentrator?
Portable Oxygen Concentrators and Home Stationary Concentrators require a prescription. Prescriptions are NOT required for
replacement parts such as accessories.
What does my prescription need to include?
Prescriptions are generally provided on your physician’s prescription pad, a printed prescription form, an order form, or office letterhead.
All prescriptions must contain your physician’s signature and contact information. All Prescriptions must contain the patient’s full name,
and a description of the oxygen therapy prescribed.
Can you help me obtain a copy of my prescription?
Absolutely. We will gladly assist you in obtaining a copy of your prescription.
How do I clean my nasal cannula and tubing?
You can clean your nasal cannula and tubing with a 1 part vinegar and 1 part water solution. Rinse with hot water and let air dry.
How often should I replace my nassal cannula and tubing?
It is recommended that you change your nasal cannula and tubing every 3-6 months.
What can I use if my nose becomes sore or dry from the nasal cannula?
You can use a nasal gel such as RoEzIt. RoEzIt® Dermal Care is a Non-Petroleum-Based Skin Care Emollient with Aloe Vera, Emu Oil,
Vitamin A & E.

Do you sell new equipment directly from the manufacturer?
Yes, we only sell new equipment and supplies purchased directly from the manufacturer and honor all warranties.
Can you special order items not listed on your site?
We strive to provide a wide variety of oxygen options on our site. If you don’t see what you are looking for please contact us to see if
we can get what you are looking for. All special orders must be paid for in advance.
What is your return policy?
Return policies with medical equipment companies can be very strict due to FDA guidelines and prevention of cross contamination. Any
product that has been opened cannot be returned for a refund. If you have any hesitation with your order please contact our specialists
to assist you. Unfortunately, special orders are not eligible for return or refund.
When will my order ship?
Generally all orders that have been processed by 3:00 p.m. EST ship the same day.
