30 Day Trial
POC 30-Day Trial Terms & Conditions
- Once your POC (portable oxygen concentrator) purchase is shipped and received, your 30 Day trial will begin.
- If at any time within that 30 Day trial period you are not satisfied with your POC purchase, you may return the Trial POC to end your trial period.
- There is a maximum of one trial per purchase.
- The return of the trial product must be received within 5 days after the trial period ends.
- Example: If your purchase date is January 3, your trial end date would be February 2. We would need to have the trial period product received by February 7 at midnight.
- Once the trial POC is received and processed by our warehouse, we will process the full refund barring any damages that may have incurred while in the customer’s care.
- If the trial product is deemed damaged, we reserve the right to withhold any and all refunds
- We reserve the right to charge any and all fees for repairs if applicable.
